-Eligible Entrants: Individuals who legally reside within the Permitted Regions.
- Permitted Regions:The United States (with the exception of Idaho and Washington) and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec).
- Entrant: An individual who participates in Promotional Activities.
- Promotional Activities: Refers to the sweepstakes events conducted within the Game.
- Eligibility Criteria:Promotional Activities are accessible only to Eligible Entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their respective area, whichever is later. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
- Gold Coins: Virtual in-game tokens, "Gold Coins," may be acquired through purchases, playing slot machines in GC mode, completing tasks, or watching advertisements. Gold Coins cannot be converted into real money.
- Sweep Coins: Virtual in-game tokens, "Sweep Coins," may be obtained by purchasing Gold Coins, playing slot machines in SC mode, completing tasks, or watching advertisements. Sweep Coins can be converted into real money.
The Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is solely each Entrant's responsibility to ensure that their participation in the Sweepstakes complies with all relevant laws in their place of residence.
By entering, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to follow these Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions made by the Sponsor/Organizer, which are final and binding in all aspects related to the Sweepstakes.
To win a prize, all conditions outlined in these Sweepstakes Rules must be met by the Entrant.
- a. The Sponsor/Organizer of the Sweepstakes is 277 Hanoi Packaging.
- b. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- c. The Game offers sweepstakes entries known as "Sweeps Coins" and "Gold Coins" as detailed in these Sweepstakes Rules. Both Sweeps Coins and Gold Coins can be used to engage in Promotional Activities for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins and Gold Coins. Gold Coins earned through gameplay cannot be exchanged for real prizes. Sweeps Coins earned through gameplay can be redeemed for real prizes.
- a. Participation requires an active Customer Account.
- b. There are three primary ways for an Eligible Entrant to acquire Sweeps Coins upon accessing the Game:
- Completing tasks or watching advertisements: Entrants can earn free Sweeps Coins daily by:
- Logging into their Customer Account;
- Clicking on the “Get Coins” button on the lobby page.
- Receiving a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins;
- Winning SCs by playing slot machines in SC mode;
- c. The number of Sweeps Coins an Entrant possesses will be displayed in their Customer Account on the website. The Sponsor/Organizer reserves the right to modify the allocation of Sweeps Coins at any time at its sole discretion. All purchases of Sweeps Coins are final and non-refundable.
- d. The Sponsor/Organizer is not liable for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected requests or allocations of Sweeps Coins.
- e. In case of any disputes regarding the registration of a Customer Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Customer Account will be considered the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned the email address by an internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the provided address.
- f. The use of any automated systems or other methods to participate, acquire Sweeps Coins, or play games is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility.
- g. Sweeps Coins are valid for ninety (90) days from the last login date of the Entrant's Customer Account and will automatically expire thereafter.
- h. Sweeps Coins may be forfeited if the Entrant’s Customer Account is closed for any reason, or at the discretion of the Sponsor/Organizer.
- a. Entrants can use Sweeps Coins to play games on the platform for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins. Winnings from gameplay can be redeemed for real prizes.
- b. The platform offers various games, and the Sweeps Coins required to play each game will be specified next to the game. Entrants may increase the Sweeps Coins wagered to potentially enhance their chances of winning.
- c. Only games played using Sweeps Coins offer the opportunity to redeem winnings for real prizes.
- d. Each Sweeps Coin won through gameplay can be redeemed for a prize equivalent to US$1.
- e. The decisions of the Sponsor/Organizer regarding the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, games, and prize amounts are final and binding.
- f. Unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor/Organizer, any Sweeps Coins allocated to an Entrant must be played at least once before becoming eligible for prize redemption.
- a. Potential Sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor/Organizer. The decisions of the Sponsor/Organizer are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
- b. An Entrant is not considered a winner of any prize, even if indicated on the online screen, until their eligibility and the potential winning play have been verified, compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules is confirmed, and notification of verification is complete. The Sponsor/Organizer will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in place of its official validation process.
- c. Potential prize winners must comply with these Sweepstakes Rules, and winning is contingent upon meeting all requirements.
- d. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor/Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reintroduce the prize into the Sweepstakes.
- a. An Entrant's Sweeps Coins balance is displayed in their Customer Account.
- b. Cash prize redemptions will be paid in USD to the financial account or online wallet used for Gold Coin purchases, or to an alternative bank account nominated by the Entrant if technically feasible. The Sponsor/Organizer reserves the right to require the same or a specific payment method for prize redemptions.
- c. Gift card redemptions will be sent to the email address registered with the Entrant's Customer Account.
- d. The Sponsor/Organizer will only process prize redemptions for amounts of US$25 or more (i.e., a minimum of 25 eligible Sweeps Coins). Therefore, an Entrant's Customer Account must have a balance of at least 25 Sweeps Coins before requesting a prize redemption.
- e. To be eligible for a Sweeps Coins prize or redemption:
- The Entrant must be an Eligible Participant; and
- The Entrant's details must match those in their Customer Account.
- f. The Sponsor/Organizer is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize redemptions. Entrants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to prize receipt and redemption.
- g. The Sponsor/Organizer is not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges, or related costs incurred as a result of or related to prize redemptions, including but not limited to losses or additional costs arising from foreign exchange fluctuations.
- h. Sweeps Coins are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor/Organizer. The Sponsor/Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason beyond its reasonable control.
- i. Prize winners will be notified via private message or email.
By participating, each Entrant agrees to:
- Comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), these Sweepstakes Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor/Organizer, which are binding and final.
- Release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Organizer, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and any other organizations involved in sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any claims, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to negligence, invasion of privacy, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, property damage, or personal injury.
- Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor/Organizer from any claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes.
Unless prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for the Sponsor/Organizer and its agents to use an Entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.
- a. The Sponsor/Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, in whole or in part, with immediate effect if circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, such as fraud, technical failures, or other factors.
- b. The Sponsor/Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Sweepstakes Rules or other promotions, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- c. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law.
