These Terms of Use are issued by 277 Hanoi Packaging (referred to collectively as "the team," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accepting the user terms and privacy policy provided in the app, or otherwise accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the service. We reserve the right to amend these terms and our Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the app will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, please discontinue using the app.
Please be aware that this app and the services provided herein do not offer "real money gambling." No actual money is required to play, and the service is for entertainment purposes only. You cannot earn any real money from gameplay. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to accept these terms and abide by them, that you are of legal age, and that you have fully read and understood the terms. By creating an account or accepting the user terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1.1. Virtual Currency
The Game provides virtual currency in the form of "Sweeps Coins" and "Gold Coins," as detailed in these Sweepstakes Rules. Both types of Coins can be used to participate in Promotional Play games for a chance to win additional Coins. Gold Coins won through gameplay cannot be withdrawn for real prizes. Sweeps Coins won through gameplay can be redeemed for real prizes.
Gold Coins can be obtained in the following ways:
1. Completing tasks or viewing advertisements.
2. Purchasing them.
3. Winning them by playing slot machines in GC mode.
Sweeps Coins can be acquired in the following ways:
1. Completing tasks or viewing advertisements.
2. As a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins.
3. Winning them by playing slot machines in SC mode.
Games are played using these two types of coins. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the service solely for personal entertainment. You do not own any such Coins or any other attributes associated with the service. If you do not comply with these terms, your license to use the service may be immediately terminated. We have the right to manage, control, modify, or eliminate such Coins at our sole discretion, and we shall not be liable to you or anyone for exercising these rights.
1.2. Prohibition of Transfer or Sale
You are strictly prohibited from transferring or selling Coins to anyone. Additionally, you may not sell or assign your account to another person under any circumstances. Attempting to do so will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated Coins, and may lead to a lifetime ban and potential legal action.
1.3. Fraudulent Activities
Engaging in fraudulent activities, whether online or offline, involving virtual currency transactions is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have engaged in such activities, their account will be immediately closed, and the virtual currency will be frozen. Illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities for further action.
1.4. Ownership and Licensing
These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service. The service is provided on a license basis, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all intellectual property rights. This ownership remains vested in us even after installation on your device. You agree not to delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices or markings that appear on the service.
1.5. Restrictions on Use
Unless explicitly stated in these terms, you agree not to:
- Sell, rent, distribute, transfer, license, sublicense, lend, or assign any part of the service to any third party.
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the service, including adapting or modifying the service.

- Misrepresent the ownership or source of the service.
- Scrape, build databases, or create permanent copies of any content derived from the service.
- Use the service in a way that harasses, abuses, stalks, threatens, defames, or otherwise infringes on the rights of others.
Continued use of the service depends on your compliance with these terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally allowed to access the service.
- You accept full responsibility for ensuring that no one under the age of 18 can access the service using your account.
- You must not reside in or access the service from Washington, Idaho, Nevada (USA), or Quebec (Canada).
- Participation in the games is for personal recreational and entertainment purposes only.
- All information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate.
- You will not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities related to the games and will not use any software-assisted methods for participation. We reserve the right to invalidate any such participation.
- You will not share your account or password with anyone, nor permit unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect a security breach of your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it, including purchases.
- We reserve the right to close inactive accounts after sixty days without prior notice.
- To close your account, contact customer support. Closing your account forfeits all rights to any associated Coins.
- We reserve the right to refuse or close an account at our discretion.
- You acknowledge our right to conduct verification checks as required by law or as deemed necessary. You agree to comply promptly with all verification requests.
- We may restrict your account until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- Required documents may include identification, proof of address, and documentation of wealth or funds sources.
- Failure to provide requested documents within 40 days may result in account deactivation or restriction.
- We may use third-party service providers for verification checks, and location services must be enabled on your device to access the service.
- These terms grant only the right to use the service and do not convey ownership rights.
- All rights, title, and interest in the service, including intellectual property rights, remain with us or our licensors.
- Your use of the games does not grant ownership rights in the intellectual property. All elements, including titles, codes, software, designs, sounds, concepts, text, data, user accounts, themes, objects, characters, stories, dialogue, locations, artwork, animations, images, graphics, documentation, gaming history, and recordings, remain our property or that of our licensors.
- You acknowledge that you have no ownership or property interest in your user account, and all rights remain vested in us.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your user content complies with all applicable laws. Do not submit any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal, or infringing material.
- Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any changes that render previous information inaccurate.
- We may delete user content at our discretion but are not obligated to do so. We assume no responsibility for monitoring user content.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, sell, transfer, transmit, display, and use any user content.
- You further grant us the right to use your name, likeness, and any other information or material included in your user content without any obligation to you.
- You are solely responsible for your user content. We disclaim any responsibility for backing up or retaining user content.
- Prohibited user content includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, harassment, sexual or offensive content, terrorism, religious hatred, illegal activities, unauthorized commercial content, or content promoting competitors' services.
- To the extent permitted by law, we and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service;
- The conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content or information obtained from the service or reliance on the service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of any material or content.
- In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes or supersedes your rights as a consumer.
- Our total liability, and that of our affiliates, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 180 days.
- We are not liable for any damages caused by viruses, bugs, human error, system failures, or errors, failures, or delays in transmissions or network connections. We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to the service.
